Local Participatory Development Strategy Leader 2023 - 2027
In the Leader approach, it is essential that local action groups, representing the interests of local communities, are responsible for designing and implementing participatory local development strategies, and can also carry out supplementary tasks delegated by the managing authority or paying agency. The strategies must be developed and supported under the responsibility of the managing authorities and intermediary bodies, which must be in charge of selecting operations that should receive support, or participate in such selection.
