SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS
Regarding the project they intend to carry out, promoters will direct the aid application to the GDR corresponding to the territory where the project in question will be executed, according to the standardized model incorporated in these regulatory bases as Annex II and which, in any case, will be available to interested parties on the electronic headquarters of the Xunta de Galicia and at the respective GDR offices. The list of GDRs in Galicia is available on the Agader website.
Applications should preferably be submitted electronically through the standardized form available on the electronic headquarters of the Xunta de Galicia.
Electronic submission will be mandatory for: private legal entities, local or regional public entities: municipalities, associations of municipalities, consortia and entities dependent on the aforementioned; as well as for communal mountain communities and their associations.
For the submission of applications, any of the identification and signature mechanisms accepted by the electronic headquarters of the Xunta de Galicia may be used, including the user and password system Chave 365.
Persons not obliged to electronic submission (individuals and self-employed), optionally, may submit applications in person at the registry of the GDR to which they are addressed, using the standardized form available on the electronic headquarters of the Xunta de Galicia, which will be available to interested parties at the respective GDR offices. These persons may also submit applications in person at any of the places and registries established in the regulatory legislation of the common administrative procedure and must, only in this case, address the applications to Agader, for the purpose of being forwarded by the agency to the intended rural development groups.

We provide you with the collaboration agreement between the Galicia Tourism Agency and the Galician Rural Development Agency for the coordination of public actions affecting the tourism sector promoted in the territory of Galicia, within the framework of the Galicia Rural Development Program PDR 2014-2020.
TERRITORY
Although at the Galician level the number of GDRs decreased from 31 to 24, the scope of “Mariñas-Betanzos” will maintain practically the same extension as in the previous period (2007-2013).
The territorial scope for the purposes of the LEADER Program would correspond to that of GDR 23: ABEGONDO, ARANGA, ARTEIXO, BERGONDO, BETANZOS, CAMBRE, CARRAL, COIRÓS, CULLEREDO, CURTIS, IRIXOA, OLEIROS, OZA-CESURAS, PADERNE AND SADA.
Projects located in singular population entities of more than 6000 inhabitants (Arteixo, Betanzos, Perillo and Sada) will not be eligible for funding.
