The programming for the Leader measure corresponding to the 2014-2020 period is governed by the provisions of Articles 32 to 35 of Regulation (EU) No. 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December, on common provisions referring to the EAFRD, ERDF, Cohesion Fund, ESF and EMFF, and by the provisions of Articles 42 to 44 of Regulation (EU) No. 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December, on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (hereinafter, EAFRD). The aforementioned articles regulate participatory local development through Leader rural development groups.
