The project aims to promote the incorporation of educational centers into the EcoCanteens Network, with the objective of adapting their menus to new health recommendations. To achieve this, this change will be encouraged and technical support will be provided to balance menus and include local, seasonal, and organic products.
This project will also promote local products, encouraging consumption in short circuits and contributing to climate change mitigation, as it will reduce the ecological footprint of food and boost the local economy, strengthening the productive capacity of small producers, generally young people who have recently joined the sector.
